Een ongewoon last minute festival. In nog geen maand tijd hebben we een unieke lokatie plus verscheidene uiteenlopende en eigenzinnige artiesten uit verschillende disciplines verzameld. Allen gedreven door het besef dat de kunstenaar een bedreigde menssoort geworden is en de innerlijke noodzaak hier iets mee te doen.
An unusual festival has been put together in less then a month with a unique location and a variety of exquisitely remarkable artists with their own specialisms. All of them motivated by the notion that the artist has become an endangered species and their innner necessity to do something about it.
Het festival wil het publiek verrassen en op andere ideeen brengen.Deze z.g.n crisis tijd kan juist ook tot een positieve mentaliteitsverandering leiden.Dit festival is bedoeld als kickstart voor een cultureel activisme : het voeden van de Uomo Universalis ! Alle artiesten worden betaald uit de kaartverkoop & uw donaties!
This festival wants to surprise people and give them a change of thought. The so-called time of crisis could very well lead to a change in mentality, a kickstart for cultural activism: the feeding of the Uomo Universalis ! The artists' pay will come from your door money & donations!
Het iLLUSEUM (2001)is een hedendaags Wonderkabinet en heeft een groot internationaal netwerk aan artiesten. In deze traditie zal ook "the UNEXPECTED" plaatsvinden:

Door de experimentele, poetische, kritische en oprechte kunstenaarsziel in te zetten dwars tegen de marktwerking en specialismes in , zal het publiek worden verwonderd en betrokken raken in een visionair avontuur .
